Yoga Classes

I teach a slow, meditative style of yoga. I incorporate breath work and gentle yet thorough stretching in each class. Classes are appropriate for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

Yoga is much more than just the physical postures (asana), and I always encourage exploration of the physical, mental, and emotional bodies during practice.

As an athlete, I am very much attracted to the discipline and science behind yoga and I bring that to my teaching. I also feel that the practice and study of yoga in the West has become very diluted, and I would like to see a shift back to its original origins.

Daily Classes

I currently offer 60-minute virtual yoga sessions seven days a week. My schedule:

6:00 am: M,W, F
12:00 pm: M - F
5:30 pm: T, Th
9:30 am: Sa

6:30 pm: Wednesdays - Mens’ Yoga
Special devotional sessions every other Sunday

Specialty Classes

Sunday Yoga Devotional

At 10:00 am on every other Sunday, join me for an hour of gathering with the community. The session includes a seated check-in with the breath, upper body stretching, traditional chanting, and concludes with an extended chant of OM.

Men’s Yoga

At 6:30 pm every Wednesday, join me for this yoga class geared toward the male body. This class is suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level or yoga experience. In addition to breathwork and targeted stretching, extra attention is given to the core and upper body.

Private Sessions
